OK,

I put back the #define NSP_SUSPENDIO_ENABLE
and applied the new patch.

The cd is not detected when I insert the card, I have to run
	camcontrol rescan 0 
to find it. I still can not access the cd. The system will lock up
until I eject the card (sometimes I have to hard reset)

dmesg attached.
