I'd say that there's enough information on the www.nopaypal.com
site to make a darned good case against them. Too bad that
our state AG's office does not have a particularly strong
record as regards consumer protection. (Our state is controlled
by Republicans who favor the interests of businesses -- even 
out of state businesses whose tactics are clearly exploitative --
over those of consumers.

I'm sure that PayPal would target www.nopaypal.com first if any 
lawsuits were to be filed.
