	Host crashed with the next message on console:
	'panic: pipeinit: cannot allocate pipe -- out of kvm -- code = 3'
	It's from kern/sys_pipe.c, string 231.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Don't know exact key sequence :-). In my environment the host is
	stable and fine for 1 - 2 days. It crashes then in unpredictable
	moment. I've observed this three times.
