Hello, I had a question that might be a bit of a shot in the dark:

If the /var/db/pkg dir was deleted, is there any way to rebuild the
directory and th pkgdb.db file?

If so, is there any way you can shed some insight on this foolish error?

Thanks in advance
-pat
