No. FreeBSD is available to install free of charge, and the FreeBSD license lets you make whatever use of the software you want, even to the extent of selling on it's use to third parties, just so long as you preserve the copyright notice and licensing terms. Application programs are however a different matter. You'll have to check the terms on each one individually.
