zone != domain.

Consider the case where an administrator is responsible for example.com, which
has two subdomains, foo.example.com and bar.example.com.

He may delegate the zone foo.example.com to another network with different
nameservers, etc, which leaves him responsible for example.com and
bar.example.com, which is two domains, but only one zone.
