I can assure you that there is a mach64 server in XFree86-3:
$ ls -l /usr/X11R6/bin/X
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  wheel  11 Apr 29  2001 /usr/X11R6/bin/X -> XF86_Mach64

It is in XFree86 distribution.
