Thank you! Excellent, exactly what I needed. The plan is to use disc1 of the release and modify it with a few packages and config changes to make an easily installable version of our modified desktop (Waimea/ROX/Webmin). I was going to use the BSD installer (bsdinstaller.org) but this way seems to make more sense in the long run, and leads into creating a port of the desktop as well (which is planned). Most likely we'll eventually make our own releases with a Live CD and a separate Install CD, so your reply was about as perfect as I could of ever hoped for.
