I upgraded two FreeBSD systems to 9.2-STABLE r264290 and emulators/virtualbox-ose-kmod to version 4.3.6
After upgrade I booted virtual machine with Windows XP guest and got kernel panic:

I got same problem on both systems.

1. Upgrade FreeBSD 9-STABLE to r264290
2. Install VirtualBox including virtualbox-ose-kmod-4.3.6
3. Try to boot/shutdown virtual machine
