I was seeing identical issues - panic/reboot every few hours when under net=
work
load (rsync and zfs replication in this case) on 11.0-RELEASE.  Daniel's
suggested workaround setting "hw.igb.num_queues=3D1" in loader.conf has
stabilized the systems.
