I have this same problem, but I only have ufs1 partitions, all mounted r/w.=
 It=20
seemed to appear about 3 weeks ago, so there has to be a commit in this=20
timeframe that caused it.

An extra inconvenience is that I always lose one or two files when I shutdo=
wn=20
due to ATA write caching - if I turn it off, I don't lose files, but my=20
system is too slow.=20

Doing a manual 'sync' before shutting down seems to help.
