Hmmm.... Looks like it is uptodate. my cvsupfile does
have 'src-contrib' listed. I checked
usr/src/contrib/bind and the dates for the build files
are Dec 16th. However, the readme is from 2002.
  What if I blew away the bind folder and re cvsup?
