Ok finally got a serial console setup to catch the panic. I was getting the dumps with 5.2.1-rc2. Upgraded to CURRENT and got same dumps when doing "ncplist s", doing a mount_nwfs, o r when system is shutdown with "IPXrouted" being the process mentioned. Panic message following and a "trace" and "ps" as requested by Robert Watson.
