I'm not sure if I understand your question. Do you mean how
you can access your DOS partition. If it's that what you mean
do

mkdir /c                   (for example, you can use /dos or /mnt instead)
mount -t msdos /dev/wd0s1 /c

(or replace wd0s1 by the appropriate device/slice your DOS partition
resides on).
