You forgot the mirror plex:
   plex name mirror.p1 org concat

I would sugest:
    sd name mirror.p1.s0 drive vinumdrive4 size 0b

A volume consists of at least 1 plex.
You can create mirrors by creating additional plexes for a volume.
Each plex consists of 1 or more subdisks that can be concatenated,
striped or raid5.
