I tried this, adding
  
	 autoboot_delay="1"

to /boot/loader.conf (actually I had to create the file) but I still get the
10-second countdown. Any idea why?

	  # cd /boot
	  # cat loader.conf
	  autoboot_delay="1"
	  #
