	Yes they can. They'll just find them in the used section.
www.powells.com specializes in out-of-print books, especially technical
ones. www.amazon.com may have it in stock too, though they tend to tell
you they have it then tell you it's backordered for weeks at a time.
www.mx-bookfinder.com searches about 10 used book stores all at the same
time. Optionally, any small local bookstore that specializes in rare 
books will have access to the bookfinder network. It tends to be a tad bit
more expensive going that way but 90% of the time they have it.
