If your having trouble getting the fp30.bsdi3.tar.Z file I can uploaded it
to ftp.freebsd.org, or place it on my web server at:

http://www.westbend.net/~hetzels/apache-fp/fp30.bsdi3.tar.Z

I just tried fetching the file from MS site and received all 8MB, but that
is on a net connection.
