apparently, the phone number is not Jack's nor has it ever been...  it
appears to be a company in the same city though, and they say that 39
Panda Ave is a residential address.

i referred them to call MCI to complain, as well as to call their
congresscritter in support of H.R. 1748...

I don't know if anyone else has called the number, but i did tell them
that at least a few million mailings went out with their phone number
on it [given that it hit this list more than once].
