Acutally we already have the Edinburgh-style Prolog in the tree as
ports/lang/swi-pl.

This is the second time prolog has been missed because of this name. I
myself reported it and imported it as swi-prolog because I didn't notice
that Max already had.

Satoshi, can we move swi-pl to swi-prolog so someone else doesn't do this
again?
