there's special Sendmail's local ruleset
add after "S98" in your /etc/sendmail.cf (only one line)
Rme < @ home.work.station > $*    $@ someone-else < @ another.mach.ine >
                              ^^^^
                               it's a single "Tab"

after editing /etc/sendmail.cf 
# killall -HUP sendmail
$ sendmail -bt
> 3,0 me@home.work.station
 <blah-blah-blah>
 someone-else@.....
