   We use Viking's CAS2 DIMMS, part #:  PE16722U4SN3-2226

They work like a charm with two processors @ 100Mhz.  When
ordering, be sure to be explicit about the part number; even
then, we've had a supplier ship us CAS3 by mistake.  grumble.
