Hmm, the ``no buffer space'' messages indicate that the packets are
being queued for transmission but are not being sent out. The message
means that the queue length (usually 50 packets) has been exceeded.

This is a bad sign. I can only guess that your card uses an IWIC
chip but isn't completely compatible with the driver. I have no
idea what's happening here :-(

Maybe someone on the ISDN list has an idea. I'm Cc'ing the list.
