There's so many unanswered details in this loaded question one cannot
possibly hope to answer it correctly. Are you asking for what mips ISA
and ABIs? What is to be used as a host? In general, toolchain is
generally quite easy to build as cross-tool, assuming FreeBSD supports
the target.
