Well if you already have the PII, an internet connection, and you're going to run the webserver on it all you have to do is 1. install FreeBSD and the ports collection tree 2. as root type: cd //usrports/www/apache13 ; make install clean and you will have a webserver. Then read the apache docs and so forth to learn more.
