Problems with ports should, in general, be posted to 
freebsd-ports@freebsd.org.

When posting, please include the exact error messages being given. I can 
already guess that this is a local problem, though, since I just installed 
mod_php4 last weekend without any problems.

Before posting, try cvsuping and making again. Then if the problem is still 
there, tell what you were trying to build (mod_php4 with Apache 1, Apache 2, 
stand alone?).
