John,

	The only source for Alpha hardware out there aside from Digital (now
Compaq) is Alpine in Colorado.  And their systems aren't cheap.  You can
probably get a used/older machine for pretty cheap, but realize that they
may not be supported or give the performance that you're looking for.
Friend of mine on the Alpha dev team was using a couple of second hand
Multia 133s, so the older hardware is out there...
