This is becoming a really annoying FAQ.

The reason nobody has ported the NIC driver is because the source code is
not provided; it's just a binary driver with a wrapper.  You'd be just as
well off trying to port the Windows driver...

I didn't look into the sound driver at all, it may be the same way.
