I had the same thing happen to me. If you do a locate, it's probably
on your hard drive somewhere - just copy it into the correct spot
and you'll be up and running again.

If for some reason it is *not* on your drive (I happened to have
another machine to get it from), you can pick it up from the website
in the cvs repository.
