Note here that dchance says "similar issues", not the same problem.

It may have been the answer you were looking for, but it's not
necessarily the answer you need.

No, I said it wasn't possible to determine the problem from the meagre
evidence you've supplied.

This is, of course, additional information.

You might just be lucky and find that that's really the problem.  But
if so, you found it by coincidence.  It's just as possible that you'll
have these problems again with the new mother board.
