"cvs log" should help you, since it appears you have a local CVS repo
copy.  Otherwise, consider using cvsweb, e.g.:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/ata/ata-all.c

Make sure you look at the specific branch you're interested in, though.
