I still currently tracking this. I have found it almost impossible to manua=
lly
re-produce and I'm not sure what triggers it.

I will certainly check the next time it happens...  This may be completely
unrelated or but when I added the following sysctl knobs, the problem seems=
 to
happen less..

net.inet.tcp.nolocaltimewait=3D1
net.inet.tcp.drop_synfin=3D1


This is probably coincidence however..
