cd /usr/ports/www/apache13; make; make install; make clean
(if you've the ports tree installed).
The configuration files will be in /usr/local/etc/apache/
(you'll mainly need to edit httpd.conf)
Documentation is installed in /usr/local/share/doc/apache/manual/

Look in the handbook (/usr/share/doc/en/books/handbook/) for more
information about installing ports
