For what it's worth, those non-standard sections (e.g. WHERE TO START) should probably be subsections (Ss) of standard ones (e.g. DESCRIPTION). e.g. .Sh DESCRIPTION ... .Ss Where To Start ... .Ss Where To Stop ... .Sh EXAMPLES Ciao, Sheldon.
