Indeed, my tinderbox build failed for arm.arm, arm.armeb, arm.armv6,
arm64.aarch64, pc98.i386, i386.i386 with

/scratch/tmp/emaste/freebsd/usr.sbin/efivar/efivar.c:31:10: fatal
error: 'efivar.h' file not found
#include <efivar.h>
         ^

I temporarily unhooked it from the build in r307157.
