Hi Rick,

Thanks for the notice; however, if you read just above the 2
links it states:

     905         FreeBSD machine.  You may view the locally installed
     906         manuals with any HTML capable browser using the following
     907         URLs:</para>

(this is taken from the sgml source).
So actually it tells you that it regards local installed files instead
of useable remote files.

Does this help you a bit more?
