Ppp doesn't attempt to deal with the callback.  You need to set up an 
independent configuration that will accept the incoming call and 
invoke ppp with the appropriate profile.  The tricky thing about 
doing this is executing ppp with stdin as a readable *and* writable 
descriptor.  FreeBSD's sh doesn't support <>, but bash does.
