Ah.  I took a look at it, and didn't find it there, either.  Then I
looked at the 3.0 contrib CD, and there it was.  It compiled out of
the box (not surprising for a BSD/OS program of 125 lines).  It's
rather nice, in fact.

It doesn't have any particular copyright, so you're welcome to it if
you want.  Get it from ftp://ftp.lemis.com/pub/watch.tar.gz.
