No. At least, not as far as I can tell from Autodesk's web site.

AutoCAD 14 is Windows only, according to

    <URL:http://www.autodesk.com/products/acadr14/features/systrequ.htm>;

and AutoCAD 13 doesn't run on FreeBSD (or Linux for that matter), at least
according to 

    <URL:http://www.autodesk.com/support/techdocs/td16/td165384.htm>;

Note from that page;

The (official) Java client is reported to run. There are a number of other
implementations also available for FreeBSD.

You probably want StarOffice (which can read/write Word files, and also has
an Excel compatible spreadsheet).
