No. 40485 is devel/jam specific. 40484 is REINPLACE specific (or
every ports in general).

40485 will (should :-) be closed in two seconds because it's such
an easy thing. 40484 will not be closed ever if nobody is going to
take a look at how REINPLACE can be made working with "normal"
regular expressions.
