Be patient.  Try reposting the question.  Also, check the topic under 
which you post.  Sometimes that has a bearing on how quickly you get an 
answer.

FWIW: I had the same problem with my IDE card.  It took over a week.

And remember: the person that knows the answer may not be reading the list 
when you post.  Post again.
