We've had good luck with MySQL after using mit-threads, it stays up for
months now.  We're running on an old -current snapshot (strictly for SMP
to appease the customer).

My only problem is that it slows down quite often, and the system is
mostly idle looking at vmstat, iostat, and friends.  I don't know if this
is a threads issue or not.  And it's hard keeping up with the weekly
releases...
