Hi! I missed a few weeks of this list, so maybe you've got this solved
by now; anyway, here goes...

On http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/~d95mback/aspell/ you will find
instructions (in English) to do this for Swedish. Just replace every
instance of 'Swedish' in the article with 'Dutch' and that should work;
I know it did for me (with Swedish that is).
