Actually, all free ISPs support FBSD. They all use an encryption
scheme for their passwords though. 

A friend of mine just happened to slip up on an exploit for
all of the free internet providers.

Check out his site: http://nat.java-fan.com
You're going to need netscape to view it though since it is
mostly images.
