>Description:
All the files in the qpopper-4.0.5.tar.gz are mode 444, thereby
inhibiting application of patches with the error:

	sed: stdout: Bad file descriptor

as the REINPLACE_CMD cannot write the source file.

>How-To-Repeat:

Attempt to build the mail/qpopper port as a regular user.

>Fix:

I presume the best solution (to avoid hackery) is to contact
Qualcomm and ask them to repackage the tarball with proper
	permissions.
