Can anyone give me some hints on how to manually (or automagically) create mkinstalldirs for a port? ports/graphics/ufraw fails to build due to install: /usr/local/share/glib-2.0/gettext/mkinstalldirs: No such file or directory It's not supposed to be needed if automake is >= 1.9, but automake in the ports tree is 1.4.
