What are you trying to do?  If you selected to install certain
*packages* at install-time, they're already there and you don't need
to do anything else now.  If you also selected to install the *ports
collection*, that's under /usr/ports, and it's a way you can compile
new packages from source or recompile the ones you have (it will
obviously need to go out and download the source from somewhere before
it can do this).  You can also download new packages using pkg_add -r.
