 The change to support this went into rev 1.73 of sys/conf/files.powerpc.

Enable ofwdump on powerpc (finally). Tested on G3 & G4 machines.

 It's in CURRENT, and should probably be MFC'd to RELENG_7. You will have to 
manually patch it in 7.0.
