how about to replace $* by "$@" in service.sh and to quote $dir/$script=20
as well ?

before :
exec env -i HOME=3D/ PATH=3D/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin $dir/$script $*=

after :
exec env -i HOME=3D/ PATH=3D/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin "$dir/$script" =
"$@"
