     Actually, as I wrote in one of my emails to Thierry, I've been
     waiting to hear an explicit "Go!" from him. As far as I'm concerned,
     the patches have been stable for some time now. In fact, I haven't
     touched them for a week or so.
 
     Edwin, I'd like to hear your opinion as well, since you're the most
     experienced porter of us three. The patches are at
